1. Service Agreement:
By engaging with Sampaati Aerospace Private Limited (SAPL) for any services, you enter into a binding agreement with us, governed by these Terms & Conditions. Our services will be provided based on the scope, specifications, and timelines agreed upon between you and SAPL.

2. Payment Terms:
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement provided by SAPL. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in any deliverables or materials created by SAPL as part of the services, remain the property of SAPL unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for their intended purpose.

4. Confidentiality:
Any information shared between you and SAPL during the course of the engagement will be treated as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose or use confidential information for any purpose other than fulfilling the obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall SAPL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms & Conditions and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.

7. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

8. Amendment:
SAPL reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our SAPL.
